Job Description
Maintain and update customer database
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, promotional campaign and company events such as Roadshow, Workshop, training and Exhibition
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Maintain and update corporate website and LinkedIn page
Assist sales department in reaching out to all customers
Carry out, monitor and assess customer surveys
Perform regular promotional e-mailers promoting newly launch products and increase company awareness
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Liaison with internal and external staff in coordination of company events such as Roadshow, Workshop, training and Exhibition
Participate in company’s stock-take exercises
Assist in receiving / re-directing phone calls to relevant personnel
Coordinate office maintenance with vendors eg. Air con, fire extinguisher, cleaner
Maintain pantry and office supplies
Collaborate with Finance on billing matters
Assist in coordination of ISO and BizSafe Audit
Requirements
Business Admin or Marketing-related diplomat or equivalent professional qualification
Min 1-2 years of experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
Technical marketing skill such as cold calling, knowledge in managing website and marketing activities
Relevant product and industry knowledge in engineering automation industry
Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (eg. Goldmine), Website Content Management, designing software (eg. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
Well organized, meticulous and effective at prioritizing
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-starter
