Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including pricing, product positioning, and promotions.
Monitor and evaluate competitor pricing across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and CorDx online store), including product listings, pricing, vouchers, product expiry, and page design to improve sales performance.
Support e-commerce performance monitoring and provide data-driven recommendations to marketing and sales teams.
Analyze sales, pricing, and campaign performance data to optimize pricing strategies and profitability.
Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics (sales, conversion, ROI).
Generate customer and market insights through data analysis and surveys.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in market analysis, pricing, or business/data analytics.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) or SQL/Python is a plus.
Experience in competitor pricing analysis and e-commerce metrics preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
Detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks.
