Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and publish content on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Email Marketing (EDM):
Assist in creating and sending email campaigns.
Maintain mailing lists and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
Content Generation:
Create compelling copy and visuals for social media, emails, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
Lead Generation Support:
Explore and test alternative digital channels for sales leads (e.g., website, forums, niche platforms, partnerships).
Assist in tracking and reporting lead performance.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
Maintain campaign calendars and documentation.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Part Time Position is Available
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media support preferred.
Familiarity with social media content creation and publishing workflow, and email marketing tools.
Familiar with sales lead generation.
Familiar with AI tools and content generation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Able to work in remote working environment and highly disciplined.
Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.
Owned working laptops and it should not be slow in opening applications or lag in typing. (Minimum Windows 10, and recommend having 8GB RAM, SSD) and decent Internet connection speed (speed test minimum 20mbps).
Company Laptops can be provided for certain areas.
