Responsibilities

 The Marketing Admin Executive is responsible for providing support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient execution of marketing activities.

  •  Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, including scheduling, data entry, and report preparation.

  • Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation, records, and filing systems.

  • Prepare regular marketing reports and manage internal databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

  • Create, update, and maintain marketing collateral such as presentations, templates, and documentation used for internal and client communications.

  • Update and manage content on the company website in alignment with marketing initiatives.

  • Support marketing research activities by gathering, organizing, and compiling relevant market and product information.

  • Maintain the product sample library, ensuring materials are properly cataloged and readily available.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and showroom visits.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in marketing, business administration or related studies.

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing or administrative support.

  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast moving environment

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken) to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
