Responsibilities
The Marketing Admin Executive is responsible for providing support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient execution of marketing activities.
Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, including scheduling, data entry, and report preparation.
Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation, records, and filing systems.
Prepare regular marketing reports and manage internal databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Create, update, and maintain marketing collateral such as presentations, templates, and documentation used for internal and client communications.
Update and manage content on the company website in alignment with marketing initiatives.
Support marketing research activities by gathering, organizing, and compiling relevant market and product information.
Maintain the product sample library, ensuring materials are properly cataloged and readily available.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and showroom visits.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in marketing, business administration or related studies.
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing or administrative support.
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast moving environment
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken) to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
