About the role
A creative and execution-driven Marketing Associate role to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings for OhMyGal. This role is hands-on and suited for candidates who are comfortable creating, posting, and analysing content independently.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Manage posting schedules, captions, and basic community engagement
- Support promotional campaigns, packages, and seasonal launches
- Track and analyse marketing performance (engagement, leads, bookings)
- Coordinate influencer or collaboration opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
About you
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and aesthetics
- Familiar with social media platforms and trends
- Comfortable working independently in a small team environment
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (preferred)
- Basic photography or video editing skills (preferred)
- Prior beauty or lifestyle marketing experience (preferred)
