Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Executing platform acquisition campaigns (update marketing comms, website, terms and conditions and digital creatives)

• Coordinating acquisition campaigns across PMs, CASA and circulate to key stakeholders

• Maintaining tracking codes for acquisition websites

• Campaign Management and Fulfillment (raise UNICA, sample checks, customer fulfillment comms)

• Liaising with internal and external partners (e.g.  aggregators for mechanics, agreements and fulfilment)

• Planning customer engagement communications (website updates and monthly eDMs, Insights, Push notification)

• Raise systems requests via UNICA (MA), eApproval (JR) and circulate for approvals

• Onboarding journey improvements (FAQ, digital form updates, websites, entry points, communications)

• Crafting and clearance of terms and conditions for internal and external campaigns

• Application form updates for Branches, ASD and online
