We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing professional that will help to shape the future of digital marketing of the school and drive AI marketing transformation. You’ll manage website AI chatbot experiences, optimize campaigns, create engaging content, and support admissions initiatives. This role blends marketing strategy, event promotion, and data-driven optimisation with cross-department collaboration, including IT, to enhance user experience, automate marketing journeys, and boost engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities:
AI Chatbot Management & Integration:
Own and manage the school AI chatbot and website experience, ensuring content accuracy, seamless navigation, and high user engagement.
Lead AI initiatives, including conversational AI journeys & lead qualification.
Collaborate with departments and faculties to deliver clear, up-to-date information aligned with school processes.
Monitor interactions, analyze data, and optimize chatbot performance, conversation flows, and engagement.
Co-lead the AI roadmap, including updates, enhancements, new features, and emerging tool adoption.
Experiment with AI tools for content creation to improve efficiency and personalization.
Recommend and implement new AI-driven opportunities based on user insights and analytics.
Marketing Promotion:
Support admission and scholarship marketing through social media, website updates, email blasts, and promotional materials.
Update school’s website (both English and Chinese sites) and assist with troubleshooting.
Manage and update the school’s social media channels.
Create content, including but not limited to, editorial write-up, poster design, video creation, and event publicity materials.
Conceptualize creative ideas and artwork for marketing advertisements.
Plan and provide full marketing support for school events (both online and on-campus).
Support photography and videography needs during events.
Safeguard proper usage of school logos, visual identity, and branding guidelines.
Manage the distribution and inventory of corporate gifts.
Adaptable and willing to take on other tasks, as directed by the Head of Department.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications or equivalent. Candidates who are quick learners or with actual work experience may also be considered.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Chinese).
Interest or experience in AI tools, Chatbots, or digital integration.
Comfortable with technology and digital tools, especially AI platforms and web systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behaviour and data insights.
Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and basic design/video tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Knowledge of WordPress Elementor is preferred although not a must.
Possess creative content ideas and be able to think out of the box.
Cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude.
Detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Able to work occasionally on weekends should there be school events.
