Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
MARKETING (70%)
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s security services and products.
Creating marketing materials such as brochures/flyer, website, user guides, presentations slides etc. to effectively communicate the company’s offering to the customer.
Collaborate with Sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that align with company’s sales goals.
Managing the company’s online presence through social media, website content and email marketing campaigns to targeted customers.
a. Monitor hit rate and handle any website marketing requests, work closely with Vendor and oversee online marketing administrative (e.g.: yearly renewal)
b. Monitor, updating and maintain website and work closely with vendor, verification of invoices and yearly renewal.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the marketing campaigns (google ad, SEO marketing) to measure their effectiveness and make adjustments if required.
Together with the team (Sales and CS), to build and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners (vendors) and other stakeholders to promote the company’s brand and reputation. Including coordination of sourcing of corporate gifts for customers e.g. Diaries, Calanders, pen etc.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and emerging technologies to ensure company remains competitive in the market.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS (30%)
To assist Manager in the implementation of Customer Service/ Sales Support tasks and duties Handle all incoming emails received under Retention Inbox
To provide support to Retention / AR team to address situations and various requests from external and internal parties and channel to relevant department for follow up actions and ensure all cases are attended promptly and professionally.
To handle complains, fact finding from relevant departments and ensure facts and figures are accurate and provide incident report to Manager.
To work closely with Manager to explore improvement in productivity, efficiencies and moral of the team.
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Diploma in Customer Service/ Marketing / Event Organisation etc.
Possess minimum 1-2 years in customer service / marketing related work.
