Marketing and Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
Marketing (70%)

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s security products and services.
• Create and manage marketing collateral across digital and offline channels, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with Sales and internal teams to support lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor website performance, digital marketing activities (e.g. SEO, online ads), and coordinate with vendors on updates, renewals, and related administration.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

Customer Relations (30%)

• Support customer retention and service-related activities by coordinating enquiries, requests, and cases with relevant internal teams.
• Assist in handling customer communications, issue resolution, and reporting, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
• Work closely with the Manager to improve service processes, productivity, and team effectiveness.

 Requirements:

• 2 years in customer service / marketing related work.
• Experienced in Marketing role.
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and marketing software.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
• Responsible, Meticulous and good teamwork skill.
