We are a fragrance company that runs workshops on scent crafting for both B2B and B2C customers; make spaces smell beautiful through ambient scenting, host perfume making booths for events/weddings/corporate functions etc. AND produce wholesale scented goods.
Job Description
Marketing and Content Creation
- Plan, create and edit content for social media
- Write up blogs
Workshop/Events
- Conduct/manage/assist in workshops on scent crafting such as perfume and candle making etc.
- Promote and upsell retail products during the workshops and events
- Getting pictures, Google reviews and tags on social media after each workshop
- Prepare and pack materials for events/workshops including unpacking
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to harness customer loyalty and build customer retention
- Focus on helping customers improve the scent incorporation process in choosing the ideal fragrances tailored to their individual preferences
- Checking inventory and ensure that all materials are fully stocked, refilled, and inform the team on any top-ups required
- Manage display merchandise and tidiness of the work area at all times
- Manage the customer ordering process during the workshops by preparing the retail products
- Ensure brand values, brand image, company regulations and guidelines are respected and always upkept
- Assist the CEO and team in other workshop/sales/marketing avenues as required
