- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Conduct research and analyse data to define target industries and clients.
- Devising and presenting ideas and marketing strategies.
- Ensure updates and relevancy on the website, social media platforms and all marketing-related materials
- Be responsible for tracking of marketing campaign performances, leads and budgets
- Answer customer telephone and email inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints and respond where applicable
- Attend to walk in customer's queries
