Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. This role supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and events across the Asia region. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support tradeshows, workshops, online events, and other marketing activations.
Organise and manage event logistics, marketing inventories, and promotional assets.
Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, reports, and activation records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support the coordination of invitation processes for online and offline campaigns across the Asia region.
Traffic artwork and marketing support requests, and assist in the development of branded marketing collaterals.
Work independently to coordinate marketing programs and workshops from planning through execution.
Provide administrative and operational support for online training sessions and event activations.
Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects and additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Independent, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with graphic design and print production, with a strong design sensibility.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage.
A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
