Marketing Assistant (Creative Design & Social Media Marketing)
Purpose of Role
This role offers exposure to the foundation of digital media and general content marketing, providing opportunities to learn more about campaign planning, optimization, and review. You will gain insights into digital media management such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. Additionally, you will have the chance to be exposed with financial knowledge.

Creative Design
- Events poster & content newsletter design
- Digital media content cover page design
- Digital media creative graphic design proposal
Social Media Marketing
- Strategic content writing with AI support
- Social media posting scheduling (Google Calander)
- Content strategy & line-up proposal
Office Administration Support
- Weekly administrative updates
- Office adhoc related tasks assistance when needed
Qualifications
- Relevant Design or Marketing-related knowledge with a minimum requirement of Diploma needed, other qualifications are accepted with relevant designing experience
- Proficiency in Canva, knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is a plus point
- Knowledge in using Artificial Intelligence (AI), such as ChatGPT and Gemini, to assist social media management
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Able to work with a team or independently
- Keen learner who is detail-oriented and self-driven
- Interested in financial industry is a plus point
Workplace Location
Area: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Singapore office
Return to Work Designation: 4 days per week in-office, may include tasks over the weekends if needed
