About the Role
We are looking for a positive and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level role where you will support the Marketing Team in daily marketing activities, social media management, and influencer collaborations for the company’s hospitality and F&B offerings.
Role & Responsibilities
KOL / Influencer Support (Under Guidance)
Research and suggest suitable KOLs/influencers to promote hotel stays and F&B offerings
Assist in contacting and coordinating with KOLs/influencers
Support basic campaign follow-ups and reporting
Social Media Support (Under Guidance)
Assist in managing social media platforms
Draft captions and schedule posts for selected venues
Respond to comments and direct messages professionally
Reply to customer reviews on platforms such as Google and TripAdvisor
Coordination Work
Liaise with suppliers or vendors when required
Assist with general marketing coordination tasks
Design & Content Support
Assist with simple EDM layouts and resizing of visuals
Knowledge of Photoshop and Mailjet is a plus
Administrative Duties
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Interest in social media and the hospitality industry
Basic Canva skills (Photoshop knowledge is an advantage)
Good written communication skills
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
