Administrative
Operate and maintain the school’s CRM system.
Ensure billing accuracy according to published rates.
Manage social media communications.
Marketing
Promote branding and services through social media and events.
Liaise with partners for promotions and collaborations.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., swim teachers) for video content.
Work with directors/managers on marketing and branding initiatives.
Plan and implement full-spectrum marketing and communication strategies.
Develop creative advertising concepts, design, and layouts (print & digital).
Create marketing materials: copywriting, brochures, EDMs, slides, newsletters, etc.
Conduct market research on competitors’ campaigns and brand positioning.
Develop marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Drive digital marketing efforts focused on product branding.
Manage and improve website content and structure.
Evaluate marketing channel effectiveness.
Design and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
