Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital and offline)
• Support the marketing team in content creation, including social media posts, marketing materials, email campaigns, and website updates
• Manage and update company social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with target audiences
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends,opportunities, and customer preferences
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and services
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, design) and external vendors for marketing activities and campaigns
• Monitor and track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement
• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer records, and mailing lists
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, promotions, and marketing activities
• Support the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including documentation and scheduling
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
• Assist in managing digital marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, and online advertising (if applicable)
• Respond to customer inquiries on marketing platforms or direct them to the relevant department
• Support the team in ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g.,Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital marketing tools
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing will be an advantage
• Experience in content creation, social media management, or campaign coordination is preferred
• Good understanding of branding, marketing trends, and consumer behavior
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good coordination and organizational skills,with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g.,Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is an added advantage
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Able to meet deadlines and handle ad-hoc assignments effectively
• Willing to work extended hours or support events/campaigns when required
• 6-daywork week
