About the role
Marketing Assistant role based at Pandan Road, West Region. This is a full-time position with a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturday off after three months' probation subject to review).
Key responsibilities
Manage and update the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Create, film, and edit promotional videos for the company's products.
Respond to customer enquiries on online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada.
Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the company.
About you
Minimum GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent qualification
At least 1-2 years of marketing experience
Good working knowledge of AI tools, social media, image/video editing, etc.
Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
Good organisational and time-management skills
Able to meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and independently
Able to multitask, work well in a team and prioritise work effectively
Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
