Marketing Assistant, Website Content Update/Admin (Government)

This position will start off as about 6 months contract.

Location:
Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (Near Paya Lebar MRT)

Duties:

• Managing websites using Content Management Systems, ISOMER, a website builder tailored for government agencies, enabling to create and launch static websites effortlessly with no coding expertise required.

• Managing and migrating web content, ensuring content accuracy and formatting consistency, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking migration issues, and supporting website updates and maintenance.

• Support the organization and maintenance of marketing media assets for internal and marketing use, and website migration to ISOMER 2.0.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned such as providing administrative and logistics support for training sessions, trainers, and learners.
  
  

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
