Key Responsibilities
- Assist in writing and editing marketing content for social media, campaign - product launch and websites.
- Assist in basic graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) for digital and print assets
- Coordinate content calendar and ensure timely publishing across platforms
- Conduct research to support content development and market insights
- Conduct basic data processing and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio
- Assist in monitoring campaign metrics and preparing performance summaries using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Perform keyword research and optimize content for SEO using tools such as SEMRush or Google Keyword Planner
- Support ad hoc data processing and urgent tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or content role (internships acceptable)
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a plus)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for organizing data and generating basic reports
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Webflow)
- Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, XHS)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with HQ and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is an advantage
