• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the supermarket's products, services, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate advertising, promotional events, and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare marketing materials, promotional content, and product displays.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to support marketing activities and product launches.
• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Ensure marketing activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and brand guidelines.
• Perform other marketing and operational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Relevant experience in marketing, sales, retail, or customer engagement, preferably in the supermarket, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in preparing marketing reports and promotional materials.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, when required.
• Willing to work flexible hours based on operational and business needs.
• No formal educational qualification required.
