Marketing Associate (UGC & tiktok shop)

Who we are

Superpets is Singapore's leading independent pet retail and grooming brand with 9 outlets, exclusive distribution rights for premium international pet food brands, and a growing e-commerce presence across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Shopee. We're building a content engine that converts — and we need a creator who can make pet products and grooming services look irresistible on camera.

What you'll be doing

• Produce UGC-style videos for TikTok Shop, TikTok organic, Instagram Reels, and Meta paid ads — content that feels native, not branded

• Create static ad creatives for Meta campaigns across our product range including Farmina N&D, Nutriplan, and Farmer Treats and more

• Shoot and edit grooming before/afters and behind-the-scenes content for our Pawlish grooming brand

• Script, film, and edit your own content end-to-end with minimal hand-holding

• Iterate based on performance data — if something doesn't convert, you figure out why and adjust

• Collaborate with our marketing lead on monthly content calendars and campaign briefs

What we're looking for

• You've made content that has sold something — not just content that looks nice

• You understand the difference between a hook that stops the scroll and one that doesn't

• You can shoot on a phone and make it look intentional

• You're comfortable on camera or know how to direct others who are

• You follow what's working on TikTok right now — trends, sounds, formats — and you apply it fast

• You're a pet person or can genuinely get excited about pet nutrition and grooming

• You take feedback without ego and you improve quickly

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate or live selling content

• Basic Capcut, premiere, or similar editing skills

• Experience shooting product flatlay or lifestyle statics for Meta

• Prior work with pet, health, F&B, or lifestyle brands

The role

This can be structured as full-time employment or a flexible retainer depending on your situation and output capacity. What matters more than your hours is your output — we're looking for someone who can consistently deliver 5–20 pieces of content per Week across formats.

If full-time: Competitive salary based on experience, based across our outlets as needed
If freelance/open for overseas applicants : Monthly retainer negotiable based on deliverable volume and performance
