The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with our client - a leading global technology MNC - to hire an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to support global marketing operations and deliver data-driven customer engagement across international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and SQL, while collaborating with regional marketing, product, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, personalized customer experiences. The role is ideal for marketing technology professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise with marketing strategy in a fast-paced global environment.

Location: Central
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (typically 3 days in office)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday

The Talent

  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Marketing, Marketing Automation, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPscript.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and analysis.
  • Proven experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design, automation workflows, and marketing personalization strategies.
  • Experience building scalable marketing automation solutions to improve campaign efficiency and platform performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with marketing, product, analytics, and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality, operational excellence, and process documentation.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic global environment.

Job Description

  • Build and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain SQL-based audience segmentation to support targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Design, build, and optimize customer journeys and automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure marketing data quality across platforms and systems.
  • Document campaign processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing technology initiatives and campaign execution.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, personalization, and overall marketing operations.
