Role Description

As a Marketing & Business Operations Intern, you will support our strategic marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations across retail, food service, export and online marketplaces.


Duration: At least 6 months (Part-time & Full-time options available)
Location: 12 Woodlands Square, Singapore 737715

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (Fully in Office)


Key Responsibilities

Business Support:

· Provide general administrative and project support to ensure smooth communication and execution across functions

· Manage and optimize product content across 7 e-commerce platforms and the company website—this includes occasional listing/delisting products, refreshing content to ensure brand consistency, and improving visual and written appeal

· Assist in preparing monthly slides for internal department meetings


Marketing & Branding:

· Design promotional materials for supermarkets, food service, and export markets

· Assist in the end-to-end creation of social media content by helping to plan calendars, brainstorm ideas, and edit videos

· Liaise with our social agency to review, organize, and approve marketing content

· Contribute to execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches and roadshows

· Oversee online affiliate campaigns and influencer partnerships across our e-commerce platforms

· Track and analyse campaign results, social media performance, and sales data


Qualifications and Skills:

· Passionate about the FMCG or food industry

· Comfortable being on camera and using social media platforms

· Strong multitasker who enjoys cross-functional teamwork

· Basic proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or CapCut

· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and basic analysis work

· Self-starter with creative thinking and attention to detail
