Creating engaging social media content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to different platforms and audience segments
Monitoring and analysing social media metrics to assess content performance and inform strategy adjustments
Supporting the team in planning and execution of social media campaigns for priority issues
Liaising with the social media agency to coordinate content development and ensure timely delivery of company socials content
Conducting research on digital trends and audience preferences to enhance engagement effectiveness
