Role Purpose
The Marketing Executive plays a key role in bringing our brand story to life. This role supports the Assistant Marketing Manager in delivering campaigns that drive store footfall, elevate brand perception and strengthen consumer connection across retail, digital and loyalty platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, organised and passionate about engaging shoppers through relevant and impactful marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Activation
Execute integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, festive moments and tactical promos.
Support in-store activations such as GWP, sampling, challenges and mall events that create buzz and drive traffic.
2. Landlord & Media Liaison
Manage all A&P submissions, visual approvals, proposals and campaign materials required.
Collaborate with partners to amplify campaigns through digital screens, newsletters, festive promotions and joint events.
Track mall A&P calendars and identify opportunities to lift footfall and strengthen brand presence.
3. Social Media & KOL Management
Assist in content planning and scheduling to create a consistent, modern and engaging brand presence on social platforms.
Coordinate KOL/influencer campaigns, from shortlisting and briefing to content approval and performance tracking.
Monitor social trends and insights to support creative storytelling and improve brand relevance.
4. CRM
Execute communications including SMS and EDMs to drive member engagement and repeat visits.
Track loyalty metrics such as sign-ups, active members, redemption behaviour and campaign uplift.
5. Administration & Reporting
Manage essential marketing administration including PO processing, supplier documentation and budget tracking.
Maintain all key trackers (campaign timelines, reportings, mall A&P logs, KOL deliverables, content calendars).
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
1–3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in retail, mall marketing, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG.
Strong organisation, communication and project coordination skills.
Familiarity with social media, influencers and basic CRM concepts.
Creative mindset with the ability to understand local consumer behaviour.
Energetic, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
