Marketing Communications Executive

Position Overview:

We are a local furniture manufacturer and retailer, looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and proactive Marketing Communications Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness and customer engagement across digital platforms, with a specific focus on conversational commerce and WhatsApp marketing automation.

You will lead our efforts in transforming lead generation through automated chat workflows and managing our omnichannel communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conversational Marketing & WhatsApp Management

·       Manage the company’s WhatsApp Business API via the WhatsApp platform.

·       Create and implement Automation Flows (Chatbots) to streamline lead qualification and customer FAQs.

·       Execute Broadcast Campaigns: Segment customer databases and send personalised "Chat-EDMs" to drive conversions.

·       Monitor chat analytics (Response time, Open rates, Conversion rates) to optimise the customer journey.

2. Content & Social Media Strategy

·       Conceptualise and draft copy for EDMs, social media (IG/TikTok/LinkedIn), and the company website.

·       Develop a monthly social media content brief calendar together with the creative design team and the captions.

3. Digital Engagement, brand collaboration & Public Relations

·       Liaise with media outlets and influencers to collaborate on brand coverage and manage inquiries.

·       Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure "Click-to-WhatsApp" ads are effectively funnelling into WhatsApp platform for follow-ups.

·       Organise roadshows, ensuring a seamless "O2O" (Online-to-Offline) experience for visitors.

4. Market Intelligence

·       Proactively monitor competitor digital footprints, promotional campaigns, and emerging industry trends to identify "white space" opportunities and keep our brand at the forefront of the Singapore market.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Comms.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the WhatsApp Business API platform will be advantageous. Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.

• Soft Skills: Strong command of English (written and spoken); ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
