Marketing Communications Executive (Retail)

Position: Retail Marketing Executive
Location: Serangoon North
Salary: Up to $6500/mth

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Executive to join our client. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about retail, branding, and delivering impactful marketing communications across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute localized marketing communications tailored to different retail formats and sales channels, ensuring messaging is relevant, customer-centric, and delivered in a timely manner

• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-impact marketing collaterals (e.g., in-store visuals, digital assets, POSM), ensuring content accuracy and consistency with brand voice and visual identity

• Manage end-to-end rollout of integrated retail marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions, ensuring cohesive messaging across all customer touchpoints

• Support the planning and execution of marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize messaging and improve overall effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Visual Merchandising, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, or marketing communications

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• A keen eye for detail with a strong sense of branding and design
