Salary: Up to $3700
Working hours
Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Duties:
1. Talent Identification & Acquisition :
Proactively scout and identify high-potential affiliate partners and livestreamers—from micro-influencers to established content creators—across key social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a powerful pipeline of new talents aligned with the company brand and commercial goals.
Initiate compelling outreach, effectively communicating the value proposition of the programs to secure top-tier partners.
2. Partner Onboarding & Incubation:
Seamlessly guide new partners through our onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and positive first affiliate experience.
Act as the primary mentor and point of contact during their crucial first 90 days, providing the resources, best practices, and strategic advice they need to achieve early success.
Manage communication workflows (Mailchimp, WhatsApp) to deliver scalable support and training, transforming new affiliates into confident, active affiliate partners.
3. Livestream & Content Collaboration :
Serve as the bridge between our creative talent and commercial objectives.
Collaborate with the commercial team to integrate sellers and brands into our livestream programs, creating authentic and engaging shopping experiences.
Partner with the production team to shape content direction, manage show planning, and coordinate product sampling to ensure our creators are set up for success.
4. Performance Optimization & Growth:
Utilize internal analytics dashboards to monitor and analyze partner performance, translating data into actionable insights.
Proactively advise partners on how to optimize their content and promotional strategies to boost conversion rates and maximize their earnings.
Contribute to the strategic development of our creator programs and training initiatives, helping to build the best affiliate ecosystem.
Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a talent management role.
· A strong familiarity with the Southeast Asian e-commerce landscape and digital marketing trends.
· Prior experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and affiliate platforms is a significant plus.
· A deep, strategic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram etc.) and what makes content engaging and effective.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and influence others.
· Meticulous organization and attention to detail, especially when managing partner data and onboarding processes.
· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment, juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the goal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
