Description
We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to oversee content creation, coordinate marketing campaigns, and manage project timelines. If you have experience in content management, digital marketing, or event coordination, this role could be a great fit for you.
📍 Nearest MRT: Woodlands
🕘 Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
💰 Salary: $2,580/month
📅 Start Date: Immediate
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Proofread and edit written content to improve clarity, correctness and brand consistency.
· Work with stakeholders to gather, organize and manage content and basic assets.
· Prepare print and digital files and create or refine artwork using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
· Coordinate backend logistics for photoshoots and video sessions (scheduling, equipment, etc.).
· Assist with event setup and provide general on-site support during shoots and activations.
· Carry out routine administrative tasks to support the marketing team’s day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful approach and the ability to take initiative.
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a keen attention to detail, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
