What’s in it for you
Working behind the scenes, you play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team. You will manage project flow and track deadlines, provide administrative & budget support, draft marketing content and ensure smooth coordination between Marketing and other departments.
We are looking for someone who
Takes pride in keeping projects on track
Has at least 2 years of experience in Marketing, especially in project coordination
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proactive and meticulous
A flair in written and spoken English
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and project management tools
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Track, coordinate and ensure all marketing projects are on schedule from request to delivery
Serve as the key point of contact for marketing requests; ensure complete briefs, reinforce timelines, and keep projects on track
Assist in drafting initial copy for marketing materials, supporting the team with edits and updates to existing content
Track marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate monitoring and recording of project spend
Manage and ensure proper documentation and filling for all purchase orders, invoices, payments, vendor records etc.
Ensure all project management tools, files, and documentation are consistently and accurately maintained
Support the development of shared systems or libraries for storing and retrieving marketing materials
Organize and manage digital assets, improving workflows and accessibility across teams
