About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support both Beverage and Health Enrichment projects, including artwork coordination and the NEA Bottle/Can Return Scheme (BCRS) launch. This role is highly administrative and coordination-focused, requiring strong attention to detail and hands-on involvement in logistics, compliance, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Artwork & Compliance Coordination
Liaise with designers, agencies, and printers for artwork development and routing.
Verify mock-ups and products for BCRS compliance before delivery.
Check supplier e-proofs and arrange DHL returns when needed.
Coordinate packaging changes, label updates, and prototype approvals.
Track and manage timelines for 22 affected artworks.
Campaign & eCommerce Support
Assist in executing major campaigns (11.11, 12.12, Christmas, CNY).
Manage eCommerce listings, backend updates, and livestream scheduling.
Coordinate sampling programs, packing, and delivery logistics.
Support asset management for banners, POSM, and social posts.
Brand Activation & Repacking
Provide on-ground support for brand campaigns and events.
Coordinate repacking and storeroom stock reconciliation.
Administrative Tasks
Create WBS events and ensure timely evaluations.
Maintain product master and spec sheets.
Handle local complaint cases and DHL coordination.
Support sponsorship outreach and ad-hoc marketing operations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or eCommerce support (FMCG experience is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with eCommerce platforms is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Must be based in Singapore; comfortable with hands-on tasks and flexible to urgent requests.
