We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team!

Be involved in both marketing initiatives and customer experience operations, creating awareness, supporting customer engagement activities, and ensuring customers receive timely assistance throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Engagement

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase public awareness and engagement.

• Assist in creating marketing collaterals, educational materials, and content for customer outreach.

• Manage and update company website and social media platforms.

• Support the coordination of marketing events, campaigns, and outreach activities.

• Perform ad-hoc marketing duties and administrative support when required.

• Provide real-time customer support through hotline and ticketing channels.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance regarding services, bookings, and operational matters.

Advantageous to have:

• Background in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Media, Events, or related disciplines

• Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills across digital platforms

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, or similar digital tools
