1. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyse the performance of all social media content and digital campaigns using native platform insights and analytics tools.
Data Reporting: Create regular reports on key metrics such as views, engagement rate, follower growth, and website traffic.
Actionable Insights: Use collected data to make informed recommendations for improving future content and overall marketing strategy.
Strategy Support: Assist in defining target audiences and setting measurable goals for reach, engagement, and website clicks.
2. Campaign & Advertising Management
Advertising Support: Assist in creating and managing paid social media campaigns, utilizing video content as primary ad creative to boost posts and target new audiences.
A/B Testing: Monitor different ad creatives and copy to identify the highest-performing assets for both brands.
Lead Coordination: Ensure that qualified leads generated from campaigns are effectively tracked and passed to the relevant sales teams.
Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking ad spend to ensure campaigns remain within the allocated monthly budget.
3. Social Media Integration & Support
Trendspotting: Continuously monitor social media updates and platform algorithms to ensure campaigns remain optimized.
Publishing Support: Provide technical specifications and data-backed timing recommendations to the team members handling content publication.
Quality Control: Ensure that all campaign-related assets are optimized for their specific platform format and length before launching.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical/Hard Skills:
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret social media metrics and translate raw data into actionable insights.
Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the best practices and technical specs for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Marketing Tools: Competency in using Meta Business Suite and native platform analytics tools.
Soft Skills:
Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaign projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for crafting reports and communicating data findings to the team.
Adaptability: A willingness to learn and adapt as the digital landscape and platform algorithms change daily.
Experience: 2–4 years in a marketing coordinator or digital analyst role, preferably within the Singapore market.
