Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the ideation and development of the product story, defining the deeper purpose behind why each KeaBabies product exists and the real parenting needs it is designed to support.

  2. Identify the core human needs and parenting motivations behind the product — such as the desire to nurture, protect, bond, simplify daily routines, or support a child’s development — and shape the product narrative around these insights.

  3. Develop a distinctive storytelling framework that highlights the thoughtfulness, intention, and care behind KeaBabies product development.

  4. Shape the unique narrative and positioning of each product so it stands apart from typical baby products that focus only on features or functional benefits.

  5. Package the product’s story in a way that reflects the brand’s commitment to thoughtful design and genuine support for parents and babies.

  6. Work closely with the Brand Visual team to translate the product story into cohesive visual narratives for product pages and brand content.

  7. Provide creative direction for how the story should be expressed visually, ensuring the underlying human need and product purpose are clearly communicated.

  8. Research parenting experiences, customer insights, and competitor positioning to uncover meaningful storytelling angles that resonate with modern parents.

  9. Support new product launches by defining the product narrative, emotional foundation, and positioning to create a strong and differentiated presentation.


Requirements:

  1. 0–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, brand storytelling, marketing, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong writing ability are welcome to apply.

  2. Strong command of written English, with the ability to write clearly and naturally for a US audience.

  3. Ability to think beyond features and identify the human needs, motivations, and real-life parenting moments behind a product.

  4. Interest in storytelling, brand building, and consumer psychology, particularly in the baby, parenting, or family space.

  5. Strong curiosity and research skills to understand customer behavior, parenting challenges, and product intent.

  6. Ability to translate ideas and product insights into clear and engaging narratives.

  7. Comfortable collaborating with designers and creative teams to bring stories to life visually.

  8. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and product launches.


Nice to Have:

  1. Background in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Psychology, or related fields.

  2. Experience with e-commerce, Amazon, or product marketing content.

  3. Interest in consumer brands, storytelling, or creative strategy.
