Cai Ca, founded by former Gong Cha Singapore CEO Kang Puay Seng, has replaced six former outlets and rolled out a line of healthier hand-shaken drinks made with Japanese soy milk and tea. Cai Ca is not just a cup of tea — it's a story of perseverance, courage, and faith.

Cai Ca now has six outlets across Singapore: Lot One, White Sands, NUS UTown, King Albert Park, Northpoint City and Century Square. 

Cai Ca uses soy milk made from Japanese yellow soybeans and also offers tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) as an accompaniment.

Job Description

• Conceptualizing, planning, styling, shooting and editing static and motion graphics for in-store, social and delivery platforms


• Prepare digital and print content/communication material for various platforms


• Craft compelling content to drive brand engagement across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram) including images, copy, video etc.


• Manages company social media channels, including Instagram, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms


• Researching, proposing new ideas and concept for content relevant to Brand's target customers


• Liaise with marketing team and external design vendors to ensure consistent and accurate content and timely delivery of content

Requirements:

• Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro etc.) and Canva


• Understanding of digital advertising tactics and best practices


• Copywriting skills


• Minimum 1 year work experience within the advertising/media/e-commerce industry working in a creative role


• Relevant F&B or consumer goods experience would be an advantage


• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
