Job Info:

  • Salary: Basic up to $3200 + AWS + VB

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hour)

  • Location: Jurong East

Job Scope:

Marketing (70%):

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s security solutions, products, and services

  • Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, flyers, website content, user guides, and presentation decks

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to design targeted marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives

  • Manage and enhance the company’s digital presence across social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns

  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaign performance (e.g. digital ads, SEO) to improve effectiveness and ROI

  • Work with Sales and Customer Service teams to strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners, including coordination of corporate gifts and branding items

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support market competitiveness

  • Perform ad-hoc duties and other responsibilities as assigned

Customer Relations & Retention (30%):

  • Support the Manager in customer service and sales support initiatives, with a focus on customer retention

  • Manage and coordinate incoming enquiries from the retention mailbox, including termination requests, renewals, invoice enquiries, contract-related questions, servicing issues, and new sales leads

  • Route enquiries to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up and resolution

  • Provide support to internal teams in handling customer requests and resolving issues professionally and efficiently

  • Handle customer complaints by conducting fact-finding, coordinating with relevant departments, and preparing incident reports for management

  • Work closely with the Manager to identify opportunities for improving team productivity, efficiency, and morale

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Customer Service, Marketing, Event Management, or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or marketing-related roles

  • Prior hands-on experience in a marketing function

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques

  • Good knowledge of market research methods, as well as basic statistical and data analysis

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing-related software tools
