Marketing cum Leasing Manager
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:
Assist in developing and implementing F&B brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Conduct market research to analyze F&B market trends and consumer needs, providing strategic recommendations.
Marketing Campaign Management:
Plan and execute F&B marketing campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring smooth implementation and achievement of goals.
Manage F&B marketing budgets, ensuring cost control within budget limits.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure the effectiveness and alignment of marketing activities.
Content and Advertising Creation:
Responsible for content creation and advertising copywriting, ensuring content aligns with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
Oversee the production and distribution of content across channels, including websites, social media, and emails.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of F&B marketing campaigns, collect data, and evaluate campaign success.
Generate detailed reports, provide data-driven insights and recommendations, and support future marketing activities.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain good relationships with influencers, media, and partners.
Assist in negotiating and managing partnership agreements, ensuring balanced interests and maximizing collaboration outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in the F&B brand management or marketing campaign execution preferred.
Ability to work in English and Chinese to be able to communicate with co-workers and customers.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Data analysis skills, with the ability to use analytical tools for performance evaluation.
