Marketing cum Service Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content and copy for marketing materials and daily social media posts.


• Manage digital platforms, including the company website and social media accounts.


• Produce marketing videos, including scriptwriting, filming, and editing.


• Analyse market trends and competitors to enhance marketing effectiveness.


• Engage with influencers/KOLs and coordinate collaborations.


• Handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively to support engagement and satisfaction.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on campaigns and market trends.


• Support ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements:

• ⁠Diploma in Marketing or related field with at least 1 year of experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome).


• ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, InShot, and similar editing tools.


• ⁠Professional, dynamic, and adaptable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• ⁠Proactive, self-motivated, and a positive team player.


• ⁠Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers); additional language skills are a bonus.
