The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Lead (Brand& Demand Generation) to drive market visibility, inbound demand, and strategic narrative across our key business lines. This role is responsible for managing the product website, lead generation, PR & communications, and partner marketing initiatives.
You will act as the owner of inbound growth and brand positioning, ensuring consistent pipeline generation (MQLs), strong conversion performance, and clear market differentiation. By combining performance marketing, storytelling, and ecosystem collaboration, you will support BD and AM teams with high-quality inbound opportunities.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Demand Generation & Inbound Growth
- Own end-to-end demand generation, driving marketing qualified leads, website conversion, and inbound pipeline growth.
- Manage and optimize the product website, landing pages, and funnel performance to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Execute performance marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, content strategy, and campaign optimization.
2. Brand Positioning & PR/ Communications
- Define and craft DCS’s market narrative across key domains (e.g., Web3, remittance, payments).
- Lead PR, content, and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and share of voice.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all external channels and markets.
3. Partner Marketing &Ecosystem Growth
- Design and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners (e.g., merchants, platforms, institutions) to expand reach and generate leads.
- Build scalable partner marketing playbooks to support BD and AM teams in driving joint growth.
4. Cross-functional Execution& Business Alignment
- Collaborate with BD, AM, and Growth teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Translate business needs into targeted campaigns and ensure effective execution across regions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 6–10+ years in Marketing, Growth, or Demand Generation roles within fintech, payments, internet, or Web3 environments.
Demand Generation Expertise
- Proven experience driving inbound leads(MQLs), website conversion, and pipeline growth through digital marketing channels.
Brand & Communication Skills
- Strong ability to craft clear and differentiated narratives, with experience in PR, content strategy, and brand positioning.
Partner Marketing Capability
- Experience designing and executing co-marketing initiatives with partners to drive reach and business outcomes.
Analytical & Performance-driven Mindset
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and performance optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Ability to work closely with BD, Growth, and Product teams to align marketing with business objectives.
Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
- Familiarity with fintech, payments,Web3, or cross-border business models.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
