Marketing & E-commerce Executive

Job Scope

• Manage and optimise Shopify website

• Manage Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop operations

• Upload and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and promotions

• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads

• Plan, schedule and publish content across social media platforms

• Monitor and analyse sales, marketing and social media performance

• Create simple marketing materials using Canva, including basic image and video editing

• Coordinate with designers, suppliers and internal teams

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned

• Assist in planning and executing product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional events

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or E-commerce is preferred

• Familiar with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop is an advantage

• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads is an advantage

• Basic Canva skills (image and video editing)

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills 

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with e-commerce management tools (e.g. BigSeller)

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO or Email Marketing

• Basic photography or videography skills
