Marketing & Events Executive / Entry Level / $3200 / Orchard

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute promotions, events, and festive campaigns

• Conceptualize creative marketing ideas to increase footfall and sales

• Coordinate with internal teams (Merchandising, Advertising, Digital) and external partners

• Liaise with vendors, sponsors, media partners, and influencers (KOLs/bloggers)

• Manage event setup and teardown with contractors to ensure smooth operations

• Oversee production of marketing materials (ads, collaterals, social media content)

• Source and secure partnerships, sponsorships, and event collaborators

• Handle application of necessary permits and licenses for events

• Prepare reports, timelines, and promotional calendars

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Events, Business or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in Events, marketing, or retail promotions

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Able to work independently and manage multiple timelines

• Experience in retail/mall environment will be an advantage
