Marketing Executive (3 Months Temp)

About Gain City 

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Gain City Megastore @ Tampines. This role covers retail promotions, digital marketing, events, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives to drive brand awareness, footfall, and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

● Develop marketing content, promotional materials, and creative assets to support campaigns and store activities.

● Coordinate advertising, social media, digital marketing, public relations, events, and partnerships.

● Assist in planning store events, roadshows, product launches, and community engagement activities.

● Work closely with internal departments, external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely campaign execution.

● Coordinate marketing budgets, quotations, and campaign schedules.

● Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across digital communication channels, including social media, email, and messaging platforms.

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

● Support day-to-day marketing operations and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

● Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

● 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, retail marketing or a similar role.

● Familiar with digital marketing platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and social media channels.

● Good understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning and content development.

● Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Creative, proactive and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
