Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research and surveys to understand customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities.
Study competitors’ products, prices, and marketing strategies to support business decisions.
Prepare simple market reports and summaries for management review.
Help source new products and suppliers, comparing prices and quality to ensure good value.
Support procurement activities, including getting quotations, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
Maintain updated records of supplier information, pricing, and product details.
Work with marketing and sales teams to share research findings that can improve promotions and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for purchasing and product delivery needs.
Assist in preparing materials or information for trade shows, meetings, or product presentations.
Support other research or sourcing projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese to speak with counterpart in China.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
