The Marketing and AI Integration Executive plays a key role in strengthening the school’s brand presence, supporting admissions initiatives, and managing digital communication platforms. In addition to core marketing functions, the role is also responsible for the management, continuous improvement, and strategic integration of the school’s AI Chatbot to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This job position involves cross-department collaboration, digital content creation, event marketing, and data-driven optimisation of both marketing and AI-driven tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the school’s AI Chatbot and other AI tools in collaboration with vendors and school staff to deliver a high-quality and seamless user experience.

  • Support admission and scholarship marketing through social media, website updates, email blasts, and promotional materials.

  • Update school’s website (both English and Chinese sites) and assist with troubleshooting.

  • Manage and update the school’s social media channels.

  • Create content, including but not limited to, editorial write-up, poster design, video creation, and event publicity materials.

  • Conceptualize creative ideas and artwork for marketing advertisements.

  • Plan and provide full marketing support for school events (both online and on-campus).

  • Support photography and videography needs during events.

  • Safeguard proper usage of school logos, visual identity, and branding guidelines.

  • Manage the distribution and inventory of corporate gifts.

  • Adaptable and willing to take on other tasks, as directed by the Head of Department.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications or equivalent. Candidates who are quick learners or with actual work experience may also be considered.

  • Strong tech skills especially in AI tools, Chatbots, or digital integration. Preferably with experience.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Chinese)

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behaviour and data insights.

  • Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and basic design/video tools.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Knowledge of WordPress Elementor is preferred although not a must.

  • Possess creative content ideas and be able to think out of the box.

  • Cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Able to work occasionally on weekends should there be school events.
