What We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content across Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook), with potential expansion into TikTok and Xiaohongshu (XHS)
- Manage and optimize paid ads on Meta (focus: lead generation, conversions, ROI)
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results (CAC, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- Develop and coordinate creative briefs for internal or external designers
- Identify and execute partnerships, collaborations, and influencer campaigns
- Work closely with sales team to align marketing with revenue goals
- Maintain consistent brand voice and content quality across all channels
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in digital marketing / growth marketing
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns (especially Meta ads)
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Experience managing social media content calendars
- Familiarity with TikTok and/or Xiaohongshu is a plus
- Ability to execute quickly and independently (not overly reliant on agencies)
- Strong communication and project management skills
