Marketing Executive / Associate

Summary

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Executive / Associate to help build our brand presence and support sales growth. This role combines marketing strategy with hands-on showroom engagement — ideal for someone who enjoys both storytelling and relationship-building. Job Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of our furniture collections, materials, and design philosophy, and communicate them confidently to customers and partners.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives — including campaigns, showroom events, product launches, and collaborations.

• Create and manage content for marketing channels (e.g., social media, newsletters, press materials).

• Support day-to-day showroom operations, providing attentive customer service and guiding clients through design and styling choices.

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and brand goals.

• Assist in collecting customers' and partners' insights and feedback to inform marketing and product decisions.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of direct and relevant marketing in the lifestyle / luxury industry. Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is ideal but not essential.

• Retail or customer service is ideal but not essential.

• Energetic and self-motivated with a positive mindset

• Strong command of the English language, written and spoken

• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Workspace tools

Working Hours

• On-site

• 5 or 6 day week, 9:30am - 7:00pm

• Ability to work retail hours (i.e. including weekends and public holidays) is essential
