Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube to maximize ROI.

• Create engaging copy, visuals, and short-form videos for social and digital platforms.

• Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and generate actionable insights.

• Coordinate marketing events, roadshows, and activations from planning through execution.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

• Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

• Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

• Monitor and report on KPIs, including campaign ROI, lead generation, engagement growth, content quality, and event outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experienced in digital marketing or content creation.

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or YouTube Ads.

• Copywriting, storytelling, and creative design skills.
