Position Summary
This role provides support in two main key areas: content development and ad hoc data processing. This position will focus on the creation of written content (product development polishing, social media, as well as internal communications) and performing some basic data-related tasks to support reporting. The role is intended for a junior-level hire who can grow into broader marketing responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Develop content for social media, websites, and product launches
Create basic graphics using tools like Photoshop or Canva.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting
Do research to support content ideas and market trends
Organize and report data using Excel or Google Sheets.
Track and summarize campaign results using tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite
Do keyword research and help improve SEO with Google tools
Help with urgent tasks and data-related work as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing or content roles (internships acceptable)
Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop (InDesign is a plus), Excel and Google Sheets for simple reports.
Familiar with CMS tools like WordPress, Wix, or Webflow
Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS)
Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is an advantage
