The Role
This is primarily a product marketing and coordination role. You'll drive brand and campaign activity across Singapore, Brunei and the broader Asia region, acting as the key link between local country teams and our Australia-based marketing team. You'll be organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Execute product marketing campaigns across Asia markets, aligned to commercial goals
- Coordinate day-to-day between Singapore country teams and the AU marketing team
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery across digital, social, and print
- Brief and manage external suppliers - agencies, print, and media vendors
- Coordinate webinar programs: speaker management, promotion, and follow-up
- Maintain website content and ensure brand consistency across all regional assets
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- 2–3 years' marketing experience in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare is favourable
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-channel campaigns across multiple markets
- Strong project management skills; comfortable juggling competing priorities
- Confident communicator in English; Mandarin or Bahasa a plus
- Self-starter who takes ownership and works well with distributed teams
