Role Overview
This role supports the execution, coordination, and reporting of retail marketing campaigns across HQ branches and franchise partners. You will ensure campaigns are launched smoothly, data is accurately tracked, and marketing processes are consistently followed.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, as well as Performance and Creative teams, you’ll act as the operational backbone that keeps campaigns organised, compliant, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Translate campaign plans into structured execution checklists
Prepare campaign briefs for creative and performance teams
Coordinate asset delivery and ensure deadlines are met
Ensure landing pages, forms, and tracking links are set up before launch
Monitor campaign go-live status
Content Calendar & Publishing (Official Channels)
Maintain and update content calendar
Schedule and publish posts on official social media platforms
Ensure caption formatting and hashtags follow brand guidelines
Coordinate content posting timelines across campaigns
Monitor basic engagement trends and flag anomalies
Performance Reporting & Data Management
Update retail performance dashboard
Track branch-level lead volume, CPL, appointments, and sales
Log independent franchise marketing campaigns
Calculate CPL, cost per sale, and ROAS
Flag unusual performance changes to direct line of reporting
Branch Coordination
Serve as coordination point for assigned branch cluster
Collect campaign requirements and inventory push requests
Ensure structured brief submission before campaign launch
Follow up on approvals and asset sign-offs
Enforce marketing governance processes
Independent Campaign Monitoring
Maintain record of franchise-led marketing campaigns
Collect proof of spend and performance data
Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines
Flag non-compliant content or messaging
Requirements:
2–4 years marketing experience
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Comfortable working with data (basic Excel / Google Sheets formulas)
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Confident communicator
Preferred:
Experience in retail, automotive, or lead generation business
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or basic ad dashboards
Experience working with cross-functional teams
